Firehouse Wellness was created to advance the health and well-being of firefighters and first responders. Our mission supports those who serve while promoting wellness practices that benefit communities nationwide.
A Growing
National Initiative
More than 50,000 fire stations are estimated to need sauna access, but limited budgets remain a challenge. Regional installations begin in 2026, followed by nationwide expansion in 2027 with additional wellness solutions introduced as the mission grows.
Advancing Research
Health organizations and wellness leaders are encouraged to advance further research in sauna protocols to discover additional benefits in cardiopulmonary health, detoxification, recovery, and best practices for firefighters and first responders. The FIREHOUSE WELLNESS mission rapidly increases the number of first responders utilizing sauna.
